About Frisco
Frisco has been building continuously for two decades and hasn't really stopped. Between The Star, the PGA of America headquarters, and everything that followed them, there's construction happening on some scale almost everywhere in the city.
The Rail District downtown is the older piece, and Stonebriar anchors the retail side.
What comes up in Frisco
More of our Frisco work is job-site than household. Contractors and remodelers call us for drywall, cut lumber, torn-out flooring, and the old cabinets stacked in the garage while the new ones go in.
On the residential side it's newer homes getting their first real update — a kitchen or a primary bath, ten or fifteen years in — plus the usual furniture and playset removals out of the family neighborhoods.
What do we pick up from Frisco homes?
Plenty of Frisco houses are getting their first kitchen or bath update, and the old cabinets end up stacked in the garage. We also haul sectionals, mattresses, dressers, treadmills and the cartons left after a move.
Backyards are the other big source. Trampolines, playsets and old hot tubs come apart and go on the trailer through our hot tub, trampoline and playset removal service.
Every job follows three steps. Send photos for a quote, pick a time, and we haul it off and sweep up.
What does Frisco's bulk trash pickup take?
Per Frisco's bulk trash pickup page, bulk goes out once a month on your regular trash day. You reserve a spot with the online form, and the list closes at noon the business day before.
The limit is 5 items, none over 6 feet in any direction or 50 pounds. A desk in two sections counts as two items, and crews can't go onto private property.
Electronics, large metal, refrigerators, TVs and remodeling waste are all excluded. Our Frisco bulk trash and brush guide covers yard waste and drop-off sites too.
When does hiring a hauler in Frisco make more sense?
That 50-pound cap rules out most real furniture, and five items fill fast. Anything heavier, bigger or more numerous needs another plan.
Remodel leftovers are the widest gap. Frisco's do-it-yourself disposal page says the transfer station never accepts construction and remodeling debris. It goes only to the 121 landfill, with an authorization letter.
Trees are another. Frisco's yard waste page says the city has no program to remove whole trees or large portions of them. We haul cut limbs and storm debris, though big clearing jobs may need rented equipment and get scheduled ahead.
Which Frisco jobs come up most?
Homeowners mid-remodel lean on construction debris removal in Frisco for drywall, flooring and lumber offcuts. Fridges and washers go through appliance removal in Frisco, since bulk pickup skips refrigerators.
Families ready to reclaim the yard can book above-ground pool removal in Frisco, quoted per job. We don't do in-ground pools.

Frisco: common questions
Do you charge more because Frisco is farther out?
No. The trip from McKinney is part of the job, with no distance or fuel surcharge. Pricing depends only on how much room your load takes on the trailer.
Does Frisco pick up old appliances?
Frisco keeps metal out of bulk pickup but offers scheduled curbside pickup of metal items and appliances for a one-time fee. Per Frisco's metal pickup form, fridges and freezers must be empty and taped shut. We simply carry ours out of the kitchen.
Will you haul a refrigerator from a Frisco kitchen?
Yes, on its own or as part of a bigger load. We unhook standard plug-in and water-line connections, and anything hard-plumbed into gas needs a plumber to disconnect it first.
