Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by Cowboy Site Services LLC, trading as Cowboy Site Services(“we”, “us”), a service-area business operating out of McKinney, TX.

Template text. This is standard, generic template text of the kind most small-business sites carry. It is not legal advice and it was not written for this business by an attorney. Cowboy Site Services should have counsel review and replace it before relying on it.

Acceptance of Terms

By requesting a quote or scheduling a job, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

Estimates and Pricing

Ballpark ranges given over the phone, by text, or through the online form are estimates, not binding quotes. The quote is confirmed on site before any work begins, and that confirmed figure is what appears on the invoice.

Scheduling and Access

You're responsible for providing safe, clear access to the items being removed. Blocked access, locked gates, or conditions that differ materially from what was described may affect scheduling or pricing.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and regulatory reasons we do not haul hazardous material, including wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, asbestos, and ammunition. We also do not take tires. Items discovered on site that fall into these categories will be left in place.

Demolition Work

Light demolition is quoted per job after we've seen it. Structural work, permitted work, and anything requiring heavy equipment is outside what we offer and will be declined or referred out.

Payment

Payment is due on completion, once the load is gone and you've looked over the spot. Accepted payment methods are confirmed when the appointment is booked.

Liability

We carry insurance and take care with every property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage arising from conditions not disclosed before work began.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service means the current version applies.
