This privacy policy applies to services provided by Cowboy Site Services LLC, trading as Cowboy Site Services(“we”, “us”), a service-area business operating out of McKinney, TX.

What We Collect
When you call, text, or submit a request form, we collect the contact details and job details you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description or photos of the work.
How We Use It
We use it to quote your job, schedule it, complete it, and invoice it. That's the whole purpose. We don't sell contact information.
Service Providers
Job requests and scheduling run through Jobber, a third-party field service management platform, which processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy terms. The website itself is hosted on Vercel.
Text Messages
If you text us photos or details, those messages are stored on our phones and in our job records the same way a phone call's notes would be. We don't add anyone to a marketing text list from a job inquiry.
Job Photos
We may photograph work areas before and after a job for our own records and, sometimes, to show the kind of work we do. Tell us if you'd rather your property not appear anywhere public and we won't use it.
Cookies and Analytics
The site itself sets no advertising cookies. Embedded third-party components, such as the online request form, may set cookies governed by their own policies.
Your Choices
Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we need to keep a record of a completed job for tax or insurance purposes.
