About Celina

Celina has one of the prettiest small-town squares in this part of Texas and a construction boom running right past it. The Preston Road corridor has turned what was a farming town into one of the fastest-growing places in the state.

That means we're working two Celinas at once — the new rooftops going up by the thousand, and the older properties and acreage that were here long before them.

What comes up in Celina

New construction gives us debris haul-off and builder cleanup: packaging, offcuts, and everything a finished house leaves behind in its own garage.

The older side gives us the more interesting jobs — barns and outbuildings coming down, fence lines pulled, decades of equipment and scrap cleared off a place that's changing hands. Both keep the trailer full.

What do we haul out of Celina homes?

In the subdivisions off Preston Road, it's often moving cartons, spare building materials and furniture that didn't suit the floor plan. We clear the garage so the cars can go back in.

On older properties near the square and out on acreage, loads get heavier. Rusted equipment, scrap metal, old fencing and a shed past saving can all leave on the same trailer.

Photos first, then a time that suits you, then we haul and sweep. Payment comes at the end, once you're satisfied.

How does Celina's bulk and brush pickup work?

Celina's trash and recycling page says bulk and bundled brush are collected twice a month with no scheduling. Your weeks fall on the Yellow or Blue schedule, with items at the curb by 7 a.m.

Bulk is capped at 2 cubic yards per pickup, which the city likens to a standard washing machine. Tied brush is unlimited in bundles up to 4 by 2 feet and 50 pounds.

Past those limits, CWD prices a custom pickup from three photos of the pile. Our Celina bulk trash and brush guide covers the schedule in more depth.

When is a hauler the faster route in Celina?

Two cubic yards is roughly one appliance's worth, so a garage purge could take months of pickups. Construction debris is also excluded from cart trash.

Per Celina's stormwater page, the city doesn't collect household hazardous chemicals, and we don't haul them either. Residents can use a voucher program with Frisco, sold at the City Hall permit desk.

For everything else, we load the full pile in one trip. Same-day service is possible when the schedule has room.

Which Celina services come up most?

Brush and storm cleanup go through yard debris removal in Celina; large clearing may need rented equipment, so we schedule it ahead. Fence lines and outbuildings fall under light demolition in Celina.

Builder offcuts and packaging go through construction debris hauling. Inside the house, garage cleanouts in Celina are the usual starting point.

Celina: common questions

Does taking down an outbuilding in Celina need a permit?

Where a city requires a permit, it's usually pulled by the general contractor or the homeowner. If one is needed and nobody else is pulling it, we can usually pull it ourselves for an added fee that varies by city.

Does Celina hold citywide cleanup events?

Yes. Celina's Clean Sweep page says the city and CWD host three events a year. They take bulk trash, yard waste, appliances, e-waste and household hazardous waste, but not tires, refrigerators or freezers.

Can you clear scrap metal off a Celina property?

Yes. Scrap and old equipment ride along with the rest of the load and get pulled for recycling where possible. The price is set by how much room it takes on the trailer.

More answers on pricing, scheduling and what we take are in our full FAQ.

Need it gone in Celina?

Send photos for a quote, pick a time, and we'll haul it off and sweep up. The firm price is confirmed in Celina before anything goes on the trailer.
