Construction Junk Removal in Frisco, TX

Cowboy Site Services does construction junk removal in Frisco for contractors, remodelers and homeowners, hauling drywall, cut lumber, flooring, cabinets and tile. We're about 25 minutes from our base in McKinney. Haul-offs are priced by trailer space, and non-structural tear-outs like a partition wall are quoted per job.

Job-site haul-offs for Frisco contractors

Frisco hasn't stopped building since The Star and the PGA of America headquarters went up. A lot of our work here is job-site, not household.

Remodelers call us for drywall offcuts, cut lumber, torn-out flooring and packaging. We back the trailer up, load the pile and sweep so the next crew isn't stepping over scraps.

Tell us where the pile is staged and when the site is open. Our main construction debris removal page explains how heavy material is priced.

Send photos of the pile and a note on site access. Gate codes, a lockbox or a superintendent's number help us plan.

We work Monday through Saturday, 9 to 6. A contractor running a long build can call us back for each phase as the pile grows.

The first real update on a newer house

Many Frisco homes are ten or fifteen years old and getting their first real update. Usually that's the kitchen or the primary bath.

The old cabinets end up stacked in the garage while the new ones go in. Counters, a tub surround and boxes of flooring scraps join them.

We clear that garage stack in one visit, so you can park again before the painters arrive.

Concrete and metal on Frisco job sites

Frisco doesn't let concrete or metal go into its construction containers. Both have to be recycled instead, according to the city's construction waste page.

Our trailer handles broken concrete, rebar offcuts and scrap metal along with the drywall and lumber. Heavy loads like these are quoted after we see photos.

Taking out a wall in Frisco? Non-structural only

Opening up a kitchen often starts with a partition wall. We take down non-load-bearing walls: drywall, studs, trim and the debris that follows. Anything structural needs an engineer and a builder, not us.

If you aren't sure whether a wall carries load, have a contractor confirm it first. Our light vs. structural demolition guide explains the difference.

Frisco's permit rules cover structures that are altered or removed, as the list below shows. Where a city requires a permit, it's usually pulled by the general contractor or the homeowner. If one is needed and nobody else is pulling it, we can usually pull it ourselves for an added fee that varies by city.

Our trailer versus a roll-off in Frisco

Frisco contracts its temporary construction containers to one provider. That fits a long build where debris comes out for weeks.

We don't drop a container. We load our own trailer and leave the same day, which suits a tear-out weekend or a remodel that's nearly done. Our Frisco demolition page lists the tear-outs we handle here.

Where does remodel debris go in Frisco?

Not to the curb, and not to the transfer station. Frisco's do-it-yourself disposal page sends remodeling debris to the 121 landfill, and only with an authorization letter. Bulk pickup skips it, and tile gets referred out.

That's a lot of paperwork for a pile of drywall. We fill the gap by loading it at your site and handling the drop-off ourselves. For the household side of Frisco's rules, see our Frisco bulk trash guide.

The full rundown is in our Frisco bulk trash and brush pickup guide.

Construction Junk Removal in Frisco: questions

Can you take down a non-load-bearing wall and haul it the same day?

Yes, the tear-out and the haul-off happen on one visit. Wall work is quoted per job after we see photos of both sides. Mention any outlets or switches in the wall, since an electrician has to make those safe first.

Do you take tile and old countertops from Frisco remodels?

Yes. Both are heavy, so we price them after photos. Frisco's bulk crew won't take tile at all, but our trailer will.

Do you also haul remodel debris in Allen?

We do. Our Allen construction junk page covers that city's rules, and the Frisco service area page lists what else we do here.

An honest and transparent company to work with. I had a rather unusual task of reorganizing my shop and tooling, as well as moving debris and junk in the process. I plan on doing business again with these guys real soon.
