I’m not even sure 5 stars does these guys justice! They came highly recommended from a local mom, and I can see why! They were quick to respond and was able to fit me in quickly and later than I…
Cowboy Site Services does garage cleanouts in Frisco, from a quick pickup of a few pieces to a full clear-out. We're about 25 minutes from McKinney and price by how much trailer space the load takes. You show us what stays, and we sweep before we leave.
From a quick pickup to a full clear-out
Not every Frisco garage job is a big one. One of ours was a quick garage pickup in Frisco, where a few things just needed to go.
Others are the full version: shelves emptied, the back corner cleared, and the floor swept so two cars fit. Both are the same crew and the same photo quote, as our garage cleanout service page explains.
Small loads start at our Minimum Pickup, from $189. A packed two-car garage more often fills a Half or Full Trailer Load.
- A single dead fridge or freezer
- A broken treadmill or weight bench
- A stack of boxes left from a move
- A worn-out couch that got demoted to the garage
Counting items the way Frisco does
Frisco's bulk pickup caps you at five items, and it counts each separate piece. Break a desk in two and that's two of your five.
A full garage might hold sixty things. At five a month, that's a year of bulk days, and boxed trash never qualifies.
We load it all in one visit, boxes included. You don't have to count, carry or set anything out.
Sports gear and backyard leftovers
Family garages in Frisco fill up with outgrown gear. Think youth bikes, a broken basketball hoop base, folding goals and bins of cleats.
Playset parts often land in the garage too, once the yard gets cleared. We take those along with the rest, so the bay is finally empty.
Bulky odds and ends can ride along as well, like a rusted grill or a dead chest freezer. Just point them out during the walk-through.
Garages holding a remodel
Frisco homes ten or fifteen years in are getting their first big updates. During a kitchen job, the old cabinets often live in the garage while the new ones go in.
We clear those along with the rest. If the garage is mostly tear-out, our Frisco construction junk removal page fits it better.
Leftover flooring boxes, spare tile and trim pieces from the builder often sit there too. Those go out on the same load.
Electronics, metal and shelf chemicals
Frisco's bulk crew leaves electronics and large metal behind. We pull old TVs and computers for recycling through our electronics disposal process, and scrap metal rides along too.
Wet paint and chemicals stay off our trailer. Frisco residents can take them to the Environmental Collection Center, and our household hazardous waste guide lists other options.
Walk the garage once and set aside anything you're keeping. A strip of tape or a corner of the driveway works fine.
Pull out paint cans, pool chemicals and fuel. Then send the photos, pick a time, and we'll do the lifting.
How much garage junk will Frisco's bulk pickup take?
- Frisco bulk pickup is limited to 5 items, none over 6 ft in any direction or over 50 lb.Source: City of Frisco — Bulk Trash Pickup (retrieved 2026-10-09)
- Frisco counts a bulk 'item' as a single separate object, so a desk broken into 2 sections counts as 2 items.Source: City of Frisco — Bulk Trash Pickup (retrieved 2026-10-09)

- Frisco bulk items must be placed where regular carts are serviced (curbside or alley side), and crews cannot go onto private property.Source: City of Frisco — Bulk Trash Pickup (retrieved 2026-10-09)
Frisco's bulk trash page sets a five-item cap and turns away bagged or boxed trash. Its crews also can't step onto your property, so everything has to reach the curb first.
We fill the gap by working from inside the garage and loading everything in one trip. For the rest of the city's schedule, see our Frisco bulk trash and brush guide. Boxes, bags and loose odds and ends all go in the same trip.
The full rundown is in our Frisco bulk trash and brush pickup guide.
Garage Cleanouts in Frisco: questions
Is a small garage pickup in Frisco worth a trip for you?
Yes. We've done quick pickups here before. A few pieces usually fit our Minimum Pickup tier.
Do I need to drag everything to the driveway first?
No. Frisco's crews have to stay at the curb, but we don't. We carry from the shelves and back corners ourselves.
Do you clear garages in Allen too?
We do. Our Allen garage cleanout page covers that city. Everything else we haul here is on the Frisco service area page.
