Yard Debris Removal in Prosper, TX

Cowboy Site Services does yard debris removal in Prosper, TX, loading brush, limbs, leaf bags and landscaping leftovers from big back yards. We're about 20 minutes from our base in McKinney. Pricing goes by trailer space, from $189 for a small pile.

Big lots make big piles

Prosper lots are large, and the yard work scales with them. One weekend of trimming can leave more brush than the town wants cut, tied and bundled.

Prosper does take unlimited tied bundles, which is generous. The work is in the cutting and tying, every branch to length and every bundle under the weight limit.

We skip that step. Loose limbs, half-cut branches and torn bags all go on the trailer as they are.

  • Loose limbs and trimmed branches
  • Bagged leaves and grass, tied or not
  • Pulled shrubs and root balls
  • Old landscape timbers and edging

Landscaping leftovers after the yard goes in

Big Prosper back yards get things installed, and landscaping projects leave plenty behind. Think sod rolls, pulled shrubs, old edging, empty pots and pallets.

If a landscaping crew did the work, the town won't take their debris at the curb or the bulk drop-off. If you did it yourself, the pile is often too big for the curb anyway.

Either way, we load it and haul it off. Pallets, plastic pots and a broken wheelbarrow can go on the same trip, and the driveway gets swept after.

Dirt, rock and broken concrete pieces

Prosper homeowners ask about spoil removal and concrete debris, so here's exactly what we do. We haul loose material that's already dug up or broken out and piled.

That means leftover dirt, rock, broken pavers and concrete chunks from a patio or path project. We don't dig, grade or excavate. One job we posted was a dirt removal: loaded, hauled off, broom swept and the driveway washed.

Heavy loads are quoted after we see photos, since weight changes things. If a slab is still in the ground, our concrete removal service is quoted per job.

Storm limbs and what needs equipment

Spring storms can drop limbs all over a big Prosper lot. If the wood is already on the ground, we load it by hand and haul it the same visit.

A tree that's still standing, a limb hung up in the canopy or a large clearing job is different. Those need equipment we rent or subcontract, quoted per job with no same-day promise.

Our post on what city brush pickup won't take covers the gray areas between the curb and a hauler.

Taking down the backyard extras

Big Prosper yards get playsets, trampolines and hot tubs, and eventually those come back out. Pairing that with a brush haul saves a second trip.

Our hot tub, trampoline and playset removal covers the teardown, from $515. The brush and bags ride on the same trailer.

Prosper's limits are below, and the Town of Prosper's trash and recycling page has the full list. Branches get cut short and kept thin, and bundles take natural-fiber rope. Leaves go in tied kraft bags, and bricks and concrete stay out of regular bulk.

We take what doesn't fit those rules. Our Prosper bulk trash and brush pickup guide explains the town side. The main yard debris and brush removal page covers how we price and load.

Yard Debris Removal in Prosper: questions

Do I have to tie brush with jute rope before you come?

No. That's a town rule for curbside pickup, not ours. Leave it loose, and we'll load it as it lies.

Can you haul a big pile of dirt or broken concrete from my Prosper yard?

Yes, if it's already dug up or broken out and piled. Send photos with something for scale, since heavy material is quoted after we see it.
