Mike from Cowboy Site Service removed a broken basketball hoop and old trampoline for me. He was very promp and professional. I highly recommend their services to everyone needed a clean up.
Cowboy Site Services takes down pergolas, sheds, playsets, hot tubs and decks in Prosper and hauls the debris off the same trip. Demolition is quoted per job from your photos, and hot tubs and playsets start from $515. Prosper is about 20 minutes from our base in McKinney, straight across.
Big Prosper yards, second thoughts
Prosper's big lots get things installed: playsets, trampolines, hot tubs and pergolas. A few years on, the kids are older or the hot tub is a chore, and the yard wants a different plan.
We take those pieces apart and haul them. Hot tub, trampoline and playset removal is steady work for us along the Preston Road corridor.
Big back yards can mean a long carry from the far corner to the trailer. Measure the gate too, because a hot tub shell only fits through so much.
Changes after the builder leaves
Plenty of Prosper houses are getting their first changes since the builder handed over the keys. A patio cover goes up, a playroom becomes an office, or the backyard gets redone.
Each of those leaves something to tear out or haul. Built-in shelving, an old play structure or leftover remodel scraps all fit the trailer.
Packing crates and boxes left from a move-in can go on the same load as the tear-out.
Prosper's demolition rules reach further than most
Prosper's demolition submittal covers dismantling any building or structure, or any part of one. It asks for a site plan with meter locations, utility termination and a sewer cap inspection.
Accessory buildings all need a permit in Prosper, whatever their size. The town's homeowner page names patio covers, pergolas, arbors and sheds.
So ask the town before a pergola or shed comes down. Our pergola and gazebo teardowns are quoted with that step in mind.
Where a city requires a permit, it's usually pulled by the general contractor or the homeowner. If one is needed and nobody else is pulling it, we can usually pull it ourselves for an added fee that varies by city.
Prosper's demolition submittal also says all material and debris must leave the site and be disposed of properly. That half is exactly what we do, on the same trip as the tear-out.
Above-ground pools and decks
Prosper's demolition handout calls for two inspections on a pool demolition. Ask the town how that applies before we take down an above-ground pool.
Small, low decks that aren't attached to the house don't need a permit to build there. Attached decks are a different conversation with the town.
Our deck removal service handles the boards, joists and haul-off either way.
If the pool sat on sand or pavers, tell us what you want left behind.
How a Prosper backyard job is priced
We quote each tear-out separately, because a pergola and a shed are different lifts. Send photos from a couple of angles, plus the path from the backyard to the street.
You'll get an honest estimate, then a firm price on site before anything comes apart. Payment waits until the yard looks right to you.
Big lots help with access, but a long carry from the back fence still adds time. Tell us where the gate is.

Prosper's bulk collection won't take bricks, concrete, or commercial construction and remodeling debris, per the town's trash and recycling page. A pulled pergola or a stack of deck boards needs another way off the property. Our light demolition service is that way off.
