Cowboy Site Services clears garages in Anna, TX, including move-in cardboard, heavy exercise equipment, old mowers, bikes and shelving. Packaging piles after the move-in
In Anna's subdivisions, a garage often starts as a cardboard problem. Flattened moving boxes, furniture packaging and foam stack up faster than the recycling cart can take them.
Add a few things that didn't fit inside, and the second car bay is gone. We haul the cardboard and the rest of it together, so you're not feeding the cart for weeks.

Shop garages on rural Anna properties
The older places outside town tend to have a detached shop instead of a tidy two-car garage. Those can hold decades of tools, parts, lumber scraps and broken equipment.
When the property is being cleared before a sale, we work through it shelf by shelf. Scrap metal is pulled for recycling where we can, and the rest is hauled off.

Anna's bulk set-out guidelines take items too big for the cart, with conditions on mowers, grills and gym gear. Paint and chemicals wait for the city's spring and fall collection events, and tires go to a retailer for a fee.

Can you come to Anna after work hours?
We work Monday through Saturday, 9 to 6. A Saturday slot is often the easiest fit for Anna garages, since you can be there to walk it with us.
Is there a charge for driving up to Anna?
No. Anna is about 18 minutes from our base in McKinney, and there's no fuel or distance surcharge. Our Anna service area page lists what else we do there.
Do I need to sort the garage before you come?
No. Just mark what stays, and we'll set it to one side before loading. Sorting the rest is part of our job.
