Cowboy Site Services clears garages in Celina, TX, from builder leftovers and moving cardboard to decades of shop tools and old equipment. We load everything you don't want in one visit and sweep the slab before we go. Pricing is by trailer space, and most garages land in our Half Trailer Load tier, from $515, or Full, from $759.
What a finished house leaves in its own garage
A Celina home near the Preston Road corridor often hands its owners a garage that's full before they've parked in it. Offcuts, leftover packaging and moving cartons all land there.
Celina's hauler offers a one-time cardboard pickup for residents settling in. It's a help, but it won't take the scrap lumber, the broken shelving or the box spring that didn't fit upstairs.
We haul all of it together, so the garage is usable from the first month.
Shop garages full of old equipment
The older side of Celina is a different job. Garages and shops on acreage can hold decades of tools, engine parts, scrap metal and equipment that hasn't run in years.
When a place like that is changing hands, we sort as we go. Scrap metal is pulled for recycling where we can, and the rest gets loaded and hauled.
Mowers, tillers and other engines need the gas and oil drained before they ride. The city's Clean Sweep turns away fuel-holding equipment too.
Heavy steel workbenches, engine blocks and stacks of old tires can turn up in these shops. Tires stay behind, but nearly everything else can be loaded once the fuel is out.
What to do with paint and chemicals in Celina
Garage shelves always hold a few cans and jugs. We can't take wet paint, chemicals, motor oil, tires or ammunition, so set those aside.
Celina doesn't run its own household chemical collection. Residents can buy a voucher for Frisco's program at the permit desk in Celina City Hall instead.
Our household hazardous waste guide walks through the options for the leftovers.
Will it all fit in one trip?
Most single garages fit on one 14-foot dump trailer. A packed shop or a three-car garage with an attic above it may take two loads.
Your photos let us size it before we drive up. If it's a two-load job, the quote says so, and the price won't change after you say go.
Extra items from the house or the yard can ride along on the same quote. Just point them out on the walk-through.
From photos to a swept floor
Text a few photos from the garage door and the back wall. You'll get an honest estimate, and the firm price is confirmed before anything is loaded.
On the day, pull the cars out and point at the keepers. We load top shelf to back corner, sweep the slab and you pay once you're satisfied.

We take the whole garage at once, boxed or loose. The Celina bulk trash and brush pickup guide covers the city schedule if you'd rather chip away at it.

Rated 5 out of 5 stars Rated 5 out of 5 stars An honest and transparent company to work with. I had a rather unusual task of reorganizing my shop and tooling, as well as moving debris and junk in the process. I plan on doing business again with these guys real soon.
