Mike from Cowboy Site Service removed a broken basketball hoop and old trampoline for me. He was very promp and professional. I highly recommend their services to everyone needed a clean up.
In Anna, Cowboy Site Services tears down old sheds, fence lines, carports, small slabs and worn-out backyard sets. We haul the debris away on the same trip, and one price from your photos covers both. Anna is roughly 18 minutes up US-75 from our McKinney base.
Getting an older Anna property ready to sell
The outskirts of Anna still hold plenty of older rural places, and they change hands steadily. Before a sale, something out back usually has to go.
Most often it's a tired storage shed or a fence line that has rotted at the posts. A buyer sees a cleared yard instead of a project.
We take the structure down, load the pieces and leave the spot raked clean. If brush or limbs are tangled in the fence, those can ride out on the same load.
Sometimes the old carport or lean-to is the eyesore. Rusted roof panels and leaning steel posts come down the same way, and the metal gets pulled for recycling where we can.
What about the subdivisions along US-75?
The neighborhoods closer to the highway bring smaller jobs. A trampoline with a torn mat, a playset gone splintery, a pergola kit that never stood quite straight.
Those come apart with hand tools, and the bolts and hardware get bagged and loaded. A basketball hoop or an old swing set can join the same trip.
HOA yards tend to be tight, with a side gate and a fence on every edge. A photo of that gate and the path to the street tells us how we'll carry everything out.
Can you break out a slab or walkway too?
Small pads are part of the work, like the slab under a shed or a short garden path. Bigger driveways or anything that needs a machine are outside what we do.
If you're planning to pour something in its place, concrete removal is the first step. The pour itself belongs to your concrete contractor.
How an Anna teardown gets priced
Demolition is quoted per job, never from a price list. A ten-foot fence section and a quarter-mile of barbed wire on cedar posts are different days.
What moves the number is size, material, what's stored inside and how close the trailer can get. A shed at the back of a muddy pasture takes longer than one beside the driveway.
Text us a few photos and a rough measurement, and you'll get an honest estimate up front. The firm price is set before anything comes down, and you pay once you're satisfied.
Paperwork before teardown day
Where a city requires a permit, it's usually pulled by the general contractor or the homeowner. If one is needed and nobody else is pulling it, we can usually pull it ourselves for an added fee that varies by city.
Anna's own forms lay out a few timing details worth knowing, listed below. Our demolition permits guide compares Anna with nearby towns.
If you're planning a carport or deck to replace what we remove, ask the city how its accessory rules apply. That answer can shape where the old structure's footprint ends up.

Anna files demolition and flatwork on its Miscellaneous Simple Permit Application, one application per job. So a shed teardown and a slab break-out may each need their own form. Once a permit is issued, the clock starts, so line up the work date before you file.
The homeowner path on Anna's FAQ only covers your own homestead with nobody hired. City bulk pickup has a size cap, so a whole fence line won't fit at the curb. Our Anna bulk trash guide covers the city side, and our light demolition work covers what's left.

Light Demolition in Anna: questions
Can you take down a shed on acreage outside Anna city limits?
Yes, rural lots around town are part of our regular run. Send photos of the shed, the ground it sits on and the path to the road. We'll quote the teardown and haul-off together.
Do I need to empty the shed first?
No. Old tools, bikes and boxes can go out with the walls. Fuel cans, motor oil and wet paint stay behind, and our hazardous waste guide shows where those go.
Can you pull a fence but leave the posts set in concrete?
Yes. Some owners want the posts kept for a replacement fence, so we strip the panels and rails only. If the posts are coming out too, say so, since footings add time.
