I needed a dumpster for some remodeling work to dispose of debris like drywall, flooring, and appliances such as a microwave and dishwasher. A member of the community suggested this service. When I reached out to them, they responded promptly,…
Cowboy Site Services provides construction junk removal in Allen, hauling drywall, cabinets, tile, flooring and lumber from remodels and small builds. We're about 15 minutes from our McKinney base, and haul-offs are priced by trailer space. If the old material is still installed, we can tear it out as light demolition, quoted per job.
What an Allen remodel leaves in the driveway
Much of Allen went up in the 1990s and 2000s. Those kitchens and bathrooms are now being brought up to date, and the original builder materials have to go somewhere.
The pile is usually predictable. Oak-look cabinet boxes, laminate counters, a cultured-marble vanity top, broken tile, carpet pad and the old stainless or porcelain sink.
We load it from the garage floor, the side yard or the driveway. Then we sweep, so the next trade can pull right in. Other jobs we take on in town are on our Allen service area page.
Kitchen tear-out or bath tear-out: what each one fills
A kitchen is bulky but fairly light. Cabinet boxes, doors, a laminate top and the old appliances take up trailer room fast, so space drives the price.
A bathroom is the opposite. The pile looks small, but tile, mortar, a cast-iron tub or a stone vanity top add real weight.
Doing both rooms at once? Send photos of each, and we'll tell you whether it's one trip or two before anything gets loaded.
Working alongside contractors in Allen
Remodelers and handymen call us when a tear-out day produces more than their truck can carry. We come out, load it and leave the same day, so the site stays workable.
Allen puts the disposal job on whoever did the work, as the rules below show. If you're the contractor, our trailer can be your disposal plan. If you're the homeowner, ask your contractor whether haul-off is in their bid.
Our main construction debris hauling page covers how we set up the pile and price heavy loads.
Searching for a demolition contractor in Allen?
We do light demolition only. That means pulling out cabinets, vanities, drywall, flooring and other non-structural material. Nothing load-bearing, and nothing that needs an engineer or heavy machinery.
Our Allen demolition page lists the tear-outs we take on in the city. Kitchen and bath tear-outs are quoted per job after we see photos.
Where a city requires a permit, it's usually pulled by the general contractor or the homeowner. If one is needed and nobody else is pulling it, we can usually pull it ourselves for an added fee that varies by city.
Tile, brick and other heavy rubble
Shower tile and mortar beds weigh far more than they look. So do brick borders and broken concrete from a patio step.
Send photos with something in the frame for scale, and we'll tell you how it fits on the trailer before we load. Paint, solvents and adhesives have to stay out of the pile. The household side of the city's rules is in our Allen bulk trash guide.

Not on bulk day. Allen's bulk collection page leaves out remodeling waste, and it even names the kitchen sink. The city also expects contractors to dispose of what they tear out.
Self-hauling to a transfer station only works when construction material is a small slice of the load. When a remodel produces a garage full, we load it and take it from there. Our guide on where to dump construction debris in Collin County lays out the do-it-yourself route.

Construction Junk Removal in Allen: questions
Can the old kitchen sink go out with the cabinets?
Yes. Allen's bulk pickup won't take a kitchen sink, but our trailer will. It goes out with the rest of the tear-out on the same trip.
Do you also haul remodel debris in Frisco and Plano?
We do. See our Frisco construction junk page or the Plano page for how the rules differ there.
Is there a dollar figure for tearing out a bathroom in Allen?
No. Every demolition job is quoted per job, because walls, tile and access vary from house to house. Send photos and we'll give you an honest estimate.
