Broom-swept isn't a deep clean. We don't mop, scrub, pressure wash or paint as part of a standard job.
Oil stains on a garage slab will still be there, and so will scuffs on the walls. What's gone is the loose debris and the clutter that hid the floor.
If you need a deep clean for a move-out or a listing, book that after we leave. A cleaner can start on an empty, swept room instead of a messy one.

Junk removal is priced by how much room the load takes on our trailer. A Minimum Pickup starts at $189, a Half Trailer Load starts at $515, and a Full Trailer Load starts at $759.
We confirm a firm price on site before anything gets loaded. You pay at the end, once you're satisfied with the space.
How to make the most of the finish
A few small things help us leave the space the way you want it.
- Move anything you're keeping out of the room, or point it out before we start.
